Blend 99 is an incredibly light soil blend featuring excellent drainage, and is lightly fertilized to support plants early on. Blend 99 allows for fertilization throughout the growing season as needed, and is an excellent choice for container, raised-bed, and general planting. 

Blend 99 is a “clean slate” growing media, right out of the gate users can begin supplementing with fertilizers, reducing the overall time in the vegetative stage, and allowing for quicker turnover between crops. This blend is somewhat forgiving thanks to the addition of peat moss, which has a high nutrient holding capacity, reducing the risk of burning and reducing runoff. 

In addition to these benefits, Blend 99 is considerably more active than comparable competitor blends, and it even has a higher fertilizer charge to supplement healthy microbial colonies, improving overall nutrient availability and uptake for increased yields.
